She handles the Central Reservations Office, IBE and Channel Management back-office chain administrator, GDS coordination, Opera PMS migration committee member and writes SOP’s and work procedures to support the marketing activities for the Reservations offices’ in the organization.
She is the panel member for the development of Reservation, Revenue & Distribution (RRD) Administration of the National Occupational Skills Standard (NOSS). NOSS is part of the department of Skills Development (DSD), Federal Government of Malaysian Standard Industrial Classification (MSIC).
She holds an Executive MBA in International Marketing and Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing accredited by the Chartered Institute Marketing, UK. She holds the teaching degree in TESOL and has basic certifications in Digital Marketing and Google Analytics.
